A beautiful and smooth single varietal Pinot Noir from the Crouch Valley. Red and dark fruit aromas of cherries, plums, forest fruits and damson. A hint of chocolate, black pepper and warming smokiness on the finish. This wine has spent 12 months ageing in a mixture of old and new French oak barrels.
 
This Pinot is delicious now but will also age well if you'd prefer to experience its evolution over time.
 
Pairing suggestion: Roast lamb or duck, roasted vegetables, mushroom risotto.
