A delicious sparkling English wine from Essex. This wine is made in the traditional method from a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, and aged for a minimum of 24 months on its’ yeast lees. Aromas of red fruits, buttery brioche and almonds on the nose perfectly balanced with juicy nectarine, baked apples, and a flint minerality on the finish.
