A lovely Chardonnay, which has been lightly oaked, but don't let that put you off! Even the 'Anything But Chardonnay' guests enjoyed this wine. It is fruit driven with aromas of green apple, pear, lemon, peach, a creamy texture and touch of nutty oak from French barrels.
 
There's not much of this 2022 vintage left (Nine Oaks are now selling their 2023 only), so get your hands on it whilst you still can!
 
Suggested pairing: White meat, fish, risotto and cheese.
